The Queen took me and the others to talk privately

After the Queen unleashed such a sneeze, everyone in the dining room, including the King and the First Prince, who appeared to be the man in his 30's with black hair in formal black outfit with a black tie, was standing beside him, immediately turned to look at her, me and the rest of us.

"Sorry! I was just sneezing! And my magic went out of control when I was at it. Oopsie!" Queen Cynthia smiled sheepishly.

Somehow, I am surprised that everyone bought it and go back to minding their own businesses. And once everyone stopped looking at us, the Queen gestured me and the others around her and I to follow her to one of the nearby rooms and isolate us in there by locking the double doors.

"Phew! That was close!" Queen Cynthia after she locked the double doors. Then, she turned around to face us and the others. However, she said nothing, making the atmosphere quite awkward.

"Mother? What is going on here?" I asked, breaking the silence and the awkward atmosphere.

"What is going on here?! You cheated on me! That's what! And I might have your child in my belly already!" Duchess Lucy said as she's marching toward me furiously.

"Your Majesty, I demanded an explanation here! You deflowered my eldest daughter and then cheating on her! I will not let this stand!" Earl Blackwell said with anger in his voice, clearly not taking well with this whole mess that the body's original owner had created! As for Lady Emilia, she is standing beside her father silently. However, her face expressed clear anger to me as I'm looking at her.

Before I could say anything, the Queen interrupted the argument by blasting another magical icy energy from her right hand passing us and right at the wall!

"Can I have your attentions now?!" Queen Cynthia demanded as she's balling her right fist slowly, making the icy spikes that sprout out from the spot she fired the blast to crack and shatter into pieces!

After such a display of power, everyone ceased arguing immediately.

"Thank you! Now that we're all here. I have something to tell all of you." Queen Cynthia said as she's walking toward us.

"Lord Lygon. Admiral Moon. Do you remember our plan?" Queen Cynthia said as she's stopped before us.

"What does this have anything to do with the plan, Your Majesty?" Lord Lygon asked, clearly not know what the dark blue-haired Queen means at all.

"What plan? What are you talking about, father?" Emilia asked, not knowing what is going on as much as I do.

"The plan to form the Triumvirate, of course. And it succeeded." Queen Cynthia said with a smile on her face.

"The Triumvirate? You mean, like the First Triumvirate that consisted of three politicians named Caesar, Marcus and Lucius that used to exist to govern Mevanian Empire in the past?" Duchess Lucy asked and the Queen nodded.

Upon hearing such a name, that is when I remembered what I "relearned" about this world back in the afternoon. The Mevanian Empire was an ancient empire based on the capital of Mevania that located on the Oscanian peninsula that most likely served as the equivalent of the Roman Empire of this world but with some differences such as that it lost Kemet, this world's equivalent of Egypt, to a revolution that led to the Pharaoh being reinstalled and forming its own empire to counter the influences of the Mevanian Empire.

"And what does my... relationships... with Lady Emilia and Duchess Costin have anything to do with this?" I asked, having no idea how can they be connected like at all.

"You're the glue that will held the alliance between I, the Prime Minister and Admiral of the Red together. With the Prime Minister's eldest daughter and the Admiral's younger half-sister as your... wives, this alliance between the three of us is now, in a sense, official." Queen Cynthia said with prideful smirk.

"You planned this?!" I asked her out loud.

"Not exactly. I simply introduced to you to them back then. You did most of the works yourself." Queen Cynthia said with a sheepish smile.

"And what's the point of this Triumvirate of yours anyway, mother? What are you planning to do?" I asked, wondering why she is doing all of this.

"Ever since the **** of the previous Queen 20 years ago in one of the attacks initiated by the radicals among the republicans' movement, your father has... changed. And not for the better." Queen Cynthia said as her smile changed into a frown.

(Author's note: In case anyone is wondering, the **** of the previous Queen occurred when the First Prince, the Second Princess and Cynthia, who was not a Queen back then, when they were around 15-16 while the King and the previous Queen were in their 30's back then. So when did the King and the previous Queen get marry and have children? Well, they were married to each other and consummated with one another when they were teenagers, around 15-16 most likely. I got such an inspiration from the fact that Prince Arthur of Wales was married to Catherine of Aragon when they were just teenagers.)

"He suspended the constitution and the parliament, reduced the position of the Prime Minister to just an empty title with no actual power, closed the University of Rainford when the students' protested against his decision to suppress the freedoms of the speech and the media, issuing curfews, forming a secret police organization to enforce his will and even given them almost unlimited powers to check and search every corner the Tudoria for anyone who is suspected of being associated with the republicans' movement. Obviously, these secret police officers abused their powers. And so, corruption spread as a result, thus strengthening the republicans' cause instead by attracting the citizens who live in fear to come and join to them." Queen Cynthia said before giving a heavy sigh.

"Okay... that sounds... bad." I said as I absorbed the information about how awful the King has become after the **** of the previous Queen.

"And now, he is intending to renounce our country's support to liberalism and restore conservatism to our country, claiming that it is our country's best interests to be safe and secured first with the King holding all the powers. And to make the matter worse, the First Prince agreed with him!" Queen Cynthia said as she's now looking down to the ground with sadness on her face.

"What?!" Lord Lygon said, clearly taken by surprise about what he just heard.

"We cannot let the King strip liberalism away from our country! That means such things as equality and individuals rights will be no more for our citizens!" Admiral Graham said with his face expressed clear concern in this matter.

"This is why I formed this Triumvirate. To save liberalism, our nation and our peoples. We needed to launch a coup, dethrone the King and replace him with the Third Prince." Queen Cynthia said as she's raising her face up with determination written all over face.

After hearing the conversation between the Queen, the Earl of Lygon and the Admiral of the Red, I know what to do.

"So, my dear son, Lady Lygon, Duchess Costin, will you supported this cause?" Queen Cynthia asked as she is looking at me, Lady Emilia and the Duchess of Costin directly. Of course, I've already decided it.

"I'm in." I said without hesitation. I believed in equality and rights of individuals after all. I then turned to look at both young women with serious face.

"I will marry both of you. I love both of you. And once I become King, we can keep our relationships as a secret from the public." I said with seriousness in my voice.

"But what if it got leaked somehow?!" Lady Emilia asked, wondering about the worst case scenario that will ruined the reputations of everyone's involved in this secret.

"I don't care what the peoples will said about me. They can criticized my reign for all they wanted. My love for both of you will never changed." I said as I'm looking at both of them in their beautiful sparkling eyes. And for a moment, they actually blushed!

"Um... well..." Lady Emilia said as she's blushing but unable to say anything out properly.

"Since... you're willing to go that far just for us..." Duchess Lucy said as she's blushing equally hard as her love rival nearby.

"Does this mean yes?" I asked them nicely and politely, trying not to push them.

"Well..." Lady Emilia and Duchess Lucy said in unison as they're blushing even harder!

"I will take that as a yes." I said with a smirk, not waiting for them to finish. Then, I seized them by their waists with both of my arms and have them come to stand by my side, officially signifying that I am in the relationships with both the Lady of Lygon and the Duchess of Costin. Of course, they look at me and make the pouting faces, showing that they're a bit annoyed with what I just did.

"Now that this Triumvirate is officially formed, let's return to the dinner." Queen Cynthia said before she headed to the double doors, open them and leave the room. Soon, the others and I followed her to join the King, the First Prince, the Second Princess and the guests to have dinner.
