Chapter 16 by Narg Narg

What?

The Queen... Its time to end this.

The time has come. All of the Queen’s former supporters, including her own daughter, have defected to your side without her knowledge. She is **** without her support, and her rule will soon crumble.

Acting quickly, you send a message to her via Guard Captain Valerie, who tasks one of her men to deliver it.

“I have discovered important details concerning the Patriarchal plot. Please summon an emergency council in the throne room immediately.”

You pause before the door to the throne room. At this pivotal moment, your mind returns to the past, remembering how things got so bad.

When Queen Geraldine began her tenure many years ago, her primary priority was to establish equality for men and women under the law and an equal playing field in trade, having seen firsthand how oppressively and unfair the patriarchy was towards women of talent, and to build Haligary into a prosperous Kingdom.

Worsening this was the complete apathy of her predecessor King Gabriel IV, who simply used his privilege to become as comfortable. He met a swift and brutal end at the hands of the Queen's guards, who tore him apart with their swords and axes in a shower of blood.

Her goals were all fine goals to begin with, and you supported her wholeheartedly at first. You were young and wildly in love with this beautiful, assertive, and seemingly righteous Queen. You hoped to earn her esteem and possibly, one day, her love. But, ironically enough, due to her past experiences the Queen was unable to see any injustices perpetrated against men. In her mind, men were privileged and women were oppressed - a pitch black-and-white view that did her little good.

The fact that men were obligated to **** away in the fields to provide for their wives, to give their very lives if the need arose to protect their women and children, these were ‘privileges’ in her eyes, and she made no attempts to change them even as she passed laws that mandated that female tradespersons be paid equal wages even for inferior, shoddy, or slow work.

Indeed, she issued many harmful decrees, one declaring that men who failed to provide for or protect their wives could be publicly beaten by any female passerby.

It was because the women often had to care for children or rest at home when pregnant that it was natural the man had to work hard in return, to be the breadwinners for the family when the mother cannot work. It was simply a law of life and a a way for a family to function. Of course, men did not have to rule the house, but you had to admit it was an accepted social norm at the time, long before the patriarchy was even a thing.

With all those things happening, you slowly began to doubt the Queen’s version of reality even as you helped to enforce her laws.

You had resolved to change her mind, make her see the consequences it wrought on the Kingdom and, at the very least, have her rescind some of the most harmful ones. But then the Oracle came to court - the one to blame for the Queen's further descent into madness. After all, you were the one brought her to court in the first place.

While raiding an illegal underground sex trafficking ring, you found a scrawny, underfed teenage waif who could barely see being held prisoner there. When you tried to help her up, she punched you in the balls. You figured perhaps given her trauma, her hatred for your gender was not justified, but understandable, though in her misandrist rants she spat out the location of three more underground **** pits.

When you asked how she knew this information, she told you she could read the future. A thorough background check revealed that she was an acolyte-in-training for the cult of the Goddess of Prophecy, Unanhild, plucked from her temple by cruel and wicked bandits who were backstabbed the moment they sold her and a dozen other girls to the **** ring.

You decided to bring her to the court, at least to introduce her to the better side of a man's life and perhaps to use her visions to help convince the Queen otherwise. To your displeasure however, Queen Geraldine immediately made the waif a trusted member of the Royal Council, becoming the Royal Oracle.

With the traumatized and spiteful Oracle Anika whispering in her ear, the Queen went from misguided to batshit insane, and began castrating people for increasingly minor offences, eventually taking the stance that she was actually doing men a favor by removing their dicks.

Fearing for the sanctity of their privates, men began fleeing the capital (where her writ was strongest) in droves. Learning of this male exodus, she once again blamed men, claiming that “the Patriarchy” was trying to undermine her rule even if it meant bringing down the whole kingdom.

Even though the Patriarchy itself was murdered in their beds on the day of Queen Geraldine's coup.

Yet, disregarding the Queen’s insanity and her reign of terror, a small part of you still loves her. You are sure you can pull her back from the abyss, such is the power of your cock.

Soon you will be in control of this kingdom, and then you will have to make a choice. What ideology will you embrace, which policy will you enact? As you see it, there are three options:

You can establish a truly egalitarian society in which all are judged by their merits and actions. Extraordinary people, both men and women, would be given the opportunity to succeed. There would be no gender quotas, no female (or male) bias in the courts, no “equality enforcers” and most importantly, no castration for any reason.

This would certainly be the fairest society, but you worry that the weakness of women might seep into the fabric of society and undermine the whole Kingdom, given the Human condition.

The Kingdom is, after all, surrounded by other Kingdoms that will attack if they smell weakness, and Egalitarianism may be a luxury the realm cannot afford.

On the other hand, you could, in the interest of the Kingdom as a whole, establish a true Patriarchy, the kind that until now existed only in the Queen’s demented mind. All women would be enslaved and brutally oppressed, used as chattel, fucked and spat on in public, and used as furniture.

This would provide for an excellent show of **** to the surrounding Kingdoms, showing them that the reins of power were firmly back in strong, masculine hands, and allow the Kingdom's population to gradually replenish itself with healthy fertility rates.

But there is a third option, a course that could both improve the lives of every citizen of the Kingdom, male or female, and strengthen the Kingdom both economically and militarily.

The answer is simple. It lies in the most simple of biological impulses: Children.

Men and women are most fulfilled, happy, and productive when they have children, knowing that when they grow up into contributing members of society they can earn a living and help provide for themselves and their children, and help care for them in their twilight years.

You could enact child-friendly policies to encourage the siring of children and promote larger families as healthy families. Women often have their hands full bearing and raising their children, so men would work harder and more productively, able to pay more taxes and strengthen the treasury.

More children means a larger army down the road through a larger manpower pool, strengthening the Kingdom militarily. The only problem with this option is food; Haligary was never renowned for being a breadbasket Kingdom, and there just isn’t enough fertile land in the Kingdom to feed a population explosion of that magnitude.

You would be **** to invade other lands, capturing more and more Kingdoms and expanding your Empire, crushing all who stood in your path. The idea of conquering other kingdoms appeals to you, but the cost in **** and destruction would surely be high, and would require you to impose laws directed at fully mobilizing every aspect of society at full capacity.

It would surely mean greater efficiency, but it cannot last for long periods - fifteen years at most - and would put immense strain on the people themselves.

You put off these important questions for a few more minutes. It’s time to face the Queen. Your destiny awaits…

Destiny!
