What's the Story?
The Puritanical Punisher
Down off the Coast of Florida, there lies an Island.
It is owned by a Billionaire and operates under special rules.
Simply put, it is a Haven for Naturalists (aka Nudists).
They move there (for a price!) and don't get bothered.
That was until Francis (last name redacted) showed up with lots of rope and very puritanical views of Society.
If they won't behave, he'll make them.

He arrives at his first House to find two young ladies there.
He snuck in and cornered them with a gun.
"So you won't cover your shame, ladies? Well, I'll help you."
The Brunette goes to speak, but her 'friend' stops her.
He smiles and tosses a bag at their feet.
They open it slowly and find lots of rope.
He makes the blonde grab two chairs and put them in the room.
He also makes her tie the brunette's wrists and ankles, under his supervision.
She's sat in the chair and he ties up the blonde.
He gags her too.
When he's done with the pair, they can't move an inch!
"You stay there and think about your sins.
I'll be back after I punish more of you harlots!"
He sneaks back out while they cry out muffled exclamations to no avail.
All of the Houses are sound-proofed.
What does he find next?
