The Photos Show Sue Storm With A Tattoo

Chapter 5 by Zeebop Zeebop

JVD: Is that why have the tattoo!?!?

SSR: Okay, VERY drunk. Mae actually got it for me as a birthday present when I turned 19.

JVD: That is both sweet and WTF. I can't believe you of all people have a pussy tattoo!

Sue Storm stared at the photograph. Her labia had been freshly shaved, the better to show off the butterfly that adorned it. A part of her that she had always told herself that no one else would see except her future husband. Reed Richards had been surprised on their wedding night, shocked even, that his demure Invisible Girl had an insect tattooed over her virgin slit.

The Invisible Woman sighed and ran a hand over her mons. The tattoo was still there. Even her skimpiest costumes didn't reveal it. Her little secret.

Not for very long, however. Once these photos got out, everyone would know. Sue Storm flushed at the thought, of her long-kept secret finally being discovered. She had spent so many years keeping her image clean...what would people say? Would they realize this has been a youthful folly, or treat her like a closet slut.

Sue sighed to herself. She had thought about getting more tattoos over the years, yet she had always resisted. It would just be one more secret to keep, one more challenge to her image.

The flux chronometer pinged.

"Hmm. Additional changes. I believe I can trace the source, however..." Reed Richards said. "Ben, get Sue and Johnny. We're going back in the past to stop these changes before it's too late!"

"I got no idea how this timey-wimey stuff works," Ben said, as he set down what he was holding and moved toward the call button. "But I hope I get to punch Kang. That's always satisfyin'."

SSR: Jan, got to go. Reed's calling us for an emergency. Can you find out who is disseminating these photos and stop them?

JVD: I'll try. But it's the internet. Once something is out there, getting rid of it might be almost impossible.

Sue Storm prayed that Janet van Dyne was wrong as she quickly changed into a costume, making sure her crotch was clearly hidden. Some of her more revealing outfits had slipped a little in the past, and she'd had to use her powers to hide the offending ink.

Not that it was that offensive, in her opinion.

"Richards has detected the interference," Doctor Doom said. "As I predicted."

"And you have your little surprises ready for them?" Mysterio said. "We need more time to make these images go viral! The embarrassment, the secrets, will trash the Fantastic Four's reputation! It will be a short journey from there to their dissolution!"

Doom said nothing. He comprehended little of Mysterio's sense of theater, or his conviction that mere media exposure had the power to break the bonds of family. Yet perhaps there was something to what he said; the changes to the timeline would exacerbate the damage to Sue Storm's image. That could affect her relationship with her husband and family, without fundamentally altering the continuity of events.

All Mysterio needed was time. That, Doctor Doom could give him.
