Panty Fairies are toy sized women. They have wings like those of a butterfly, dragonfly, or moth. They dress exclusively in underwear or bikinis. They tend to be sarcastic and lazy and fascinated by popular culture.

As the name suggests, Panty fairies are obsessed with panties. They will seek them out and hoard them like tiny dragons. They will steal them, trade for them, and only part with them for a dear price.

They are known to be pranksters and thieves and sometimes carry, use, and barter with magic trinkets.
