The Next Day…

The next day Jessica had started writing a list of things we needed to do before jetting off to Budapest.

1. Declutter the house.
2. Put belongings into storage.
3. Visit parents.
4. Say goodbye to friends.
5. Pack bags.

The next 48 hours went by quickly, filled with mundane tasks such as clearing out the things we really didn’t need to keep, putting the majority of our belongings into storage as we would be giving back our rented house to the landlord in a few days.

Going through our bedside table bought forward the conversation about ‘The Drawer’, I’m sure every couple has one of these…the one full of condoms, lubes and sex toys…”I don’t want the embarrassment of getting my bags searched at the airport with these in” Jessica cried. “Oh give over” I said. “Honestly James I can’t take these, my anxiety will be off the scale”, “Ok ok, I’ll pack them in my luggage”. The relieve on her little face was obvious. “Right now that’s settled, what’s for tea?” I said. The rest of the day went on like any other day.

The next morning I was rudely awoken by an alarm “Jessica it’s 4:00am!” I said in my groggy morning voice. “I’m catching the early train to see my Daddy & Brother today” Jessica replied. “Why didn’t you say? I could have given you a lift?”, “Because you need to go see your parents before we leave too! Why don’t you go today before we say goodbye to our friends on Friday?” she said. *Meh!* It wasn’t that I didn’t like my parents, it was just a chore to drive over to see them both (they separated when I was younger).

“Anyways, I’m off!” Jessica said as she leaned over to kiss me whilst I was still fumbling at bed wondering why I was awake at 4am! One thing I did notice was that she looked SUPER CUTE this morning, she was wearing the white t-shirt that her dad bought her last month, and some nice tight grey jeans that I’d not seen before, they made her ass look banging!

I don’t know a lot about Jessica’s family as she tends to go visit on her own most of the time, I’ve met her Dad and little Brother before, but never really got to know them too well. However Jessica got along with my parents really well.

I sank back into a deep sleep knowing that I’d have to get up at some point to go and see my parents...
