The Neighborhood Karen

Franklin "Frank" Mitchell hated his neighbor Melanie Archer. Melanie was the neighborhood Karen. She was always complaining about kids being too loud, cars parked on the street too long, music too loud, smoke from people's backyard fire pits, and anything else she could use the Home Owner's Association to harass people about. Her obnoxious behavior was probably while she had been married and divorced three times and had no kids.

When Frank turned 18, he received a gift from an great-uncle he did not even know existed. The family was apparently ashamed of Uncle Philip as he was an oddball and "a bit creepy," or so his mom said when the package arrived.

In the package was a remote and a pair of what looked like Google glasses. It did not take Frank long to figure out what the remote could do. If he pointed the remote at someone, and thought of a command, the command would appear in the glasses, and the person would have to obey it.

He took his new gifts next door to Ms Archer's house.
