Enough wealth to have a magical paper written which would force the being who signed to fulfill the debt owed. To the point of obeying or even change to help fulfill what needed to be paid off.

However, both tried to get one over each other. For Happosai, he stole the paper the first moment he could. Keeping someone from compelling him from paying back what he needed to. The other party had snuck in a clause which caused all of the members of the Anything Goes school to help pay.
