Ah, The Mad Hatter. Jervis Tetch. He was a little dweeb who fancied the old tale of Alice In Wonderland so much he practically fetishized it. He also had a love for hat’s, and when the two combined he began commit crimes while as The Mad Hatter from that book. He also was very dangerous, with his mind control technologies. He had a very special thing for blondes, desiring them to become his “Alice.” If there wasn’t a blonde woman around, he’d make do with another woman. If there wasn’t a woman around... well... men would do.
