The Lich submits

"You leave me no choice," Helga said with disgust. "I... I submit."

"Good, but that won't do," Kazex replied. "I need you to look at the ceiling and scream, 'In the name of Gob, the God of All Goblins, I submit to Kazex as my master!'"

"I don't see the point... oh, well, let's get this over with." Helga sighed. before facing upward towards the ceiling. "In the name of Gob, the God of All Goblins, I submit to Kazex as my master!" After speaking the words, she found herself suddenly on her knees as if an invisible force just pulled her down. "What the fuck!" she exclaimed in surprise.

"Hah! That's Gob's Will forcing you into your new role," Kazex explained. "It must be your undead nature that made you more susceptible to it considering your kind's weakness to divine magic."

"Even so," Helga replied. "Gods aren't this proactive towards their worshippers."

"Other gods might be, but Gob is different. It's the benefit of being the sole god of an entire species and that species being the most persecuted one causing them to be extremely devout worshippers." Kazex moved closer the kneeling woman and lifted her face up to him. "As long as I do things for the benefit of goblin-kind, I have his favor."

"Well, now what?" Helga asked, she's still on her knees. "You have me at your mercy and have sworn an oath of submission to you. What do want from me?"
