The Jarl's Palace
The Jarl's palace is a sprawling place. The grand hall alone is bigger than any building you've ever seen, with a ceiling high enough that the houses in the streets below could fit within. Servants scurry about, as do the Jarl's guards. People are on edge with the dragons about.
