The Incompetentanator has kidnapped a bus of Cheerleaders AND a bus of Football Players from the Local College, who knows what dastardly deeds he has planned for these poor college students.
The Incompetentanator running in his green costume with a long cape flowing behind him turns and fires his self manufactured **** RAY at our heroic duo. Except that, the Incompetentanator, being well incompetent, has created a **** RAY that only destroys the spandex area of a costume.
