Power Woman - 30 Year Old Wealthy Heiress Jessica Cummington is a lawyer who rarely practices law; but manages her family's Billion Dollar enterprises. Most of her family, including her parents are deceased. At night, as POWER WOMAN, she fights for justice in CRIME CITY! She has been working as superhero for a decade now and wears a pink and red costume that hides her identity.

Sidekick Boy - 18 Year Old Timmy Smalls, a meek orphan that grew up in a sheltered environment, who pretends to be Wealthy Heiress Jessica Cummington's grounds keeper, maintenance person, butler, etc. (whatever he has no real skills, he just graduated from high school) . A month ago he began FIGHTING CRIME as Power Woman's completely inexperienced apprentice. He wears a light blue costume with darker blue highlights that hides his identity.

Both of their costumes have masks, gloves and boots.
