Chapter 16 by Ragnockae136 Ragnockae136

When A War Ends.......

The Hand Picks Up The Pieces, The King Puts Them Back Together Again

Aegon Sat In A Room As The New Grand Maester, A Tyrell-Born Man Named Gormon Attached His New Hand To His Right Stump. The Hand Was Made Of Pure Valyrian Steel, But Had Gold Inlaid Into It, All Of It Had Been Paid For By Cersei, A Gift For Taking Her Permanently Into His Bed As A Paramour Alongside Wylla Manderly, Nymeria Sand, Alys Karstark, Dacey Mormont, Desmera Redwyne, and Dyanna Sand All Of Whom Had Found Themselves In His Bed At Some Point Or Another, and If Anything The Loss Of His Hand Was An Attractive Battle Scar To A Prospective Paramour. On A Side Note, Nym Was Deeply Jealous That Tyene Had Become Aegon's Queen Over Her, Something Tye Loved To Lord Over Her Sister. Unspoken Amongst The Paramours, Yet Widely Known Was The Baratheon Bastard Mya Stone. The Girl Was Among Aegon's Favorite Paramours, A Special Place Reserved For Nym, Wylla, Alys, Desmera and Dyanna.

"How You Got This Much Valyrian Steel I'll Never Know." Aegon Tells Cersei. "Wasn't To Hard, Father Was All Too Willing When I Told Him The Price You'd Pay." Says Cersei. "Yes, Well He'll Have To Wait, With Varys Dead We No Longer Have Access To His Contacts, Nym's Taken Up His Position, and Is Still Rebuilding The Spy Network." Says Aegon. "However Long It Takes, We Will Have Our ****!" Cersei Vows. "Yes, We Shall." Aegon Promises. "There, That Should Work Fine." Says Grand Maester Gormon. "Thank You Grand Maester, This Should Work Nicely." Says Aegon As He Waves His Hand About, Before Looking At The Valyrian Sword Before Him, Taken From His Enemies Corpse, The Blade Of The Targaryen Kings Had Returned To House Targaryen, All That Was Left Was The Blade Of The Targaryen Princes, The Dark Sister.

If Aegon Regained Dark Sister, The Blades Of The Dragon Kings Would Be Forever Sharp Indeed, The Only Problem With Regaining The Darkest Of Sisters, Was It Had Been Lost Beyond The Wall By The Lord-Commander and Former Master Of Whispers and Hand Of Three Kings, Brynden "Bloodraven" Rivers, One Of Aegon The Unworthy's Great Bastards, and The Sole Great Bastard Not To Fight With The Blackfyre's In The Original Rebellion. Hmm, Maybe Jon Would Discover The Lost Sister Of Targaryen, Maybe Not....

In Any Event, Aegon Picked Up Blackfyre, The Blade Had The Trademark Near-Weightlessness Of Valyrian Steel Compared To Longsword Of Similar Length and General Size He Struggled To Sheath The Lethal Blade, But Ultimately Managed To Do So. Men Had Picked Up On Tyene's Words and He Was Now Known To All As Aegon The Destroyer, A Man Who Won In Spite Of The Odds Against Him, and His Likeness Prior To His Loosing Of His Hand Of Flesh, Would Forever Be Immortalised In Living Memory:
