The Ground Shakes...

The group decide to head to the Hive and soon they find themselves back at the Oasis. The two scorpions, tarantula and Wasp are not here. Instead there is a single scorpioness here simply bathing in the water. A wasp stands on the land, watching the scorpion bathe, as Yulia and the rest approach the Wasp flies up and lands down on the side of the Oasis facing them, "stop!" she demands and Yulia and the rest stop as the Scorpion takes notice, "oh visitors!" she says and makes a show of running her hand and claw over her nude form, gently pressing her breasts in, before pressing beneath them to push them up, "come to gaze upon my magnificence?" she asks teasingly.

"We... ask for safe passage through the Hive and in return we will deal with the creature called the Collector," Yulia offers and the Scorpioness chuckles.

"Ooh gonna deal with the Collector, well well... If you did that we would definitely give you a big reward," she promises and then grins, "yes... We'd find you a very nice spot to be held and only fill you with the most worthy of eggs," she continues with a laugh.

Yulia growls, "really? Even if we save you all from the Collector you'd still just intend to use us as incubators?" she asks, incredulous and the Scorpion nods.

"Of course. Beating the Collector would just prove that you're prime incubator stock and we'd be fools to let you go," she responds and then leans forward, "in fact the very idea you think you can beat the Collector is making me think it might be worth it to try and take you now," she says and the Wasp raises her spear ready to attack the moment the order is given.

Before anyone can act however a sudden terrible breeze blows through the area, making the Oasis surprisingly cold despite the hot desert sun. The water of the Oasis even freezes over after a few seconds trapping the Scorpion who yelps in surprise and begins to struggle to free her legs. The Wasp turns to her Mistress and quickly flits over to try and help free her, when the Collector appears.

It's a gaunt humanoid figure, tall, but hunched over. It's body vaguely translucent. It's wearing a ragged cloak and it's head is covered by a wide brim hat. It holds in one hand a lantern that shines a bright, but sickly looking light. The Scorpioness quickly averts her eyes and yells to the Wasp, "protect me!"

The Wasp does as commanded, lunging at the Collector. The collector makes no move to protect itself and the Wasp's spear stabs right through his chest, punching out the other side, but the Collector seems unbothered and simply raises the Lantern. The Wasp's eyes gaze towards the light and as she stares at the lantern's light her hands slip from the shaft of the spear and then she falls to her knees. Clearly hypnotized into docility.

"Useless!" the Scorpioness screams, still looking away and then spots Yulia and the group again, "you! You wanted to fight the Collector, well there he is, do something!" she yells as the Collector meanwhile has pushed the Wasp onto her back, her legs spread, but he stops, leaving her there as he begins to approach the Scorpioness, despite having feet, visible beneath the tattered bottom of the robe, they don't move and he simply floats along the sand and ice.

"We can take this opportunity to fight the Collector, though it seems we might not actually get anything good out of it from these ungrateful bitches, that being said it doesn't seem interested in us, we could just leave them to it," Isalia suggests.

"Don't you dare! You will help me out this instant!" The scorpioness screams, her voice is angry, but mostly it's terrified as the Collector approaches closer and her legs are still stuck in the frozen oasis.
