The Forest Creatures

The Auroch is quite similar to a massive ox. Most of them are a golden tan in color though they have many colors and patterns of grey, white, black, tan, and brown. They stand about 6-7 foot tall at the haunches and are around 3300 pounds in weight for bulls. The males are aggressive and they typically maintain a harem of about 5-10 cows. Auroch cows are prime meat however the dense skeletal structure of the Auroch makes it very difficult to bring down. The bulls are not desirable for eating as their meat is excessively tough.

The Moruga is a **** to be reckoned with by all accounts. It stands roughly 20 foot tall on its hind legs and weighs around 9000 pounds at its largest. The Moruga can stand on its hind legs for long periods and uses its height to feed on tall vegetation. The Moruga is protected from the harsh winters by its thick matted fur and protected from predators by its powerful arms and 6-10 inch long claws on each of its forelimbs digits. The Moruga is typically an herbivore but will not hesitate to scavenge a meal if they happen upon one. During mating season these mammalian beasts become extremely territorial and should be avoided. Their meat is tough, lean, and generally bland thusly they are rarely hunted by the Clans.

The Sartan is an exceptionally large species of Crayfish. Sartan typically grow to anywhere from about 2-5 foot in length from nose to tail, though they continue to grow throughout their long lives. They have a very strong and slightly bluish shell with a remarkably powerful tail that propels them backwards in the water at great speed. Their claws are their most dangerous defense and are capable of applying enough **** to crush an Auroch's shin. Though they largely feed on decaying matter they will not hesitate to eat smaller creatures. They are extremely defensive, especially the males.

The Nadal is a many legged insect which grows about 8-12 feet in length can stand 6 foot tall when standing on several sets of rear legs. They are usually around 2-3 foot wide and armored, weighing somewhere between 200-400 pounds rarely more. The Nadal moves at incredible speed and is capable of outrunning some birds in flight. Their venomous fangs deliver a potent hematoxin to their victims which rapidly results in necrosis and ****.

The Ironback Turtle is typically anywhere from 5-10 feet in total length with a shell usually between 3-6 feet across. Their beaks are about 2 to 3 feet in both length and width and incredibly sharp. Their weight is entirely unknown but presumed to be excessive due to the **** thickness of their shells. These turtles generally prey on fish and Sartan but will eat pretty much anything that is nearby, using their massive beaks to shear most prey in two.

Greater Elk are the larger breed of elk. They are often between 6 and 7 foot at the shoulder. Greater Elk are about four times heavier than the Lesser Elk and can weigh as much as 1200-1600 pounds. Their incredible antlers can span more than 6 feet and are quite durable even in comparison to Auroch horn.

They are territorial during mating season but are generally no more than a honor or trophy kill.

The Pine Widow is a voracious predator that will eat absolutely anything that it comes across. When compared to other forest predators they are small and have a maximum size of around 4 foot in diameter and about 150 pounds in weight. Pine Widows are rather intelligent and have been known to weave webs to drop into the water and catch fish, as well as working in groups to catch larger prey.
