The ENForcers! (Starring Sydney Sweeney, various)

In a world where Embarrased Female Nudity reigns Supreme, Elias N. Finley started a company similar to Disney, and has risen to be the premiere media outlet for many different kinds of content, ranging from kid friendly fare to the more adult themed shows and movies. However, it's their take on the superhero genre that propelled the company, E.N.F Studios, to the mainstream.

The first movie in the franchise centered around an interesting character played by Sydney Sweeney. Tonia Starkers is a billionaire heiress and well known aerospace engineer. She was very pretty, and the media loved taking photos of her when she would go to parties and have different wardrobe malfunctions. Like the time she got out of one of her sports cars in a short dress without panties, when her strapless dress was hooked on a podium while she gave a graduation speech at MIT, or during a weapons demonstration where she showed off the knew Starkers Tech missle and the Shockwave disintegrated her outfit.

It was shortly after the last one where she ducked into one of the armored vehicles to avoid the stares and embarrassment. It wasn't the nudity so much as she was insecure about one thing: Her bust. It just simply wasn't as large as she wanted, being barley a B cup. After the incident. She decided then and there to get a breast enhancement surgery. Being a selfish, spoiled rich girl, she wanted to get it done there and now. Her security team advised against it, but Tonia was adamant.

So, from the Mexican desert, they drove to the nearest hospital and flew in an expert to perform the surgery. However, during the procedure, while Tonia was **** and her breasts had been cut into (with some of her breast tissue removed to make way for implants), a terroist group attacked the hospital, raiding supplies. They saw the famous Tonia Starkers on the operating table and kidnapped her.

Tonia woke up to a horrifying discovery. She was naked, held captive by terrorists, and her breasts were now deflated and healing poorly. Luckily, she was being bursed back to health by the surgeon she had requested. She was a woman in her 40s, and was being kept just as naked as she was. The terrorists wanted Tonia to build them the missile they saw her demonstrate earlier and let her live. She and her fellow captive knew they wouldn't let her go after, but she needed supplies. She was shocked to discover they had a ton of her technology they had proliferated through black market means, but she got to work. With her cell mate as a partner, Tonia began to construct two small orbs with what looked like tiny nodes on top. To the other woman, they looked like grenades.

"I assure you, these won't blow up. They are energy enhancers. Any kinetic energy applied to them is absorbed and is able to amplify them. These are able to store and generate energy at...1000KJ per second, on the low end." Tonia explained.

"That could power your heart for a hundred lifetimes."

"Or something crazy, sexy, and stupid for a few minutes. Long enough to hopefully break us out. I just need to go under your knife a for a bit." Tonia explained.

Her nude surgeon prepped everything. In a couple hours, the devices were inside Tonia's breasts, which made them look more like they used to. The nodes that protruded out from the devices were in her nipples. Tonia tested them as she pinched her niples and squeezed and rubbed her breasts. A small device had been implanted between her throat and her cleavage and as Tonia felt pressure growing, an energy blast erupted from the tiny device.

"I say that works! Just need a way to control it. To store it indefinitely and not waste it all at once."

So, they designed a suit out of titanium to house whatever devices and tech needed for the daring escape. She just need direct access to her breasts to keep replenishing the charge.

In the end, Tonia was able to escape, but her naked surgeon wasn't so lucky. Since then, Tonia perfected her design, and replacing the implants with much more stable and state of the art technology to make them look and feel like real breasts. She even got them to be the size she wanted. However, she felt the need to use her new technology for good, so she designed a new titanium suit, which still needed her breasts bared to operate. The world would come to know her as...

After she got the world's attention for killing the terrorists that held her captive, she got an unexpected visitor one night.

"The name's Kate Savage, Director of STRIP. I want to talk to you about the ENForcers initiative." Kate would be played by Charlize Theron

Note: this is just a jumping off point. We can have Tonia's story continue, or introduce new characters a well. Here are some suggestions for characters and the actress who can portray them:

Invisi-Lass (Karen Gillan) -Scottish redhead can only be invisible when naked. However, if she's distracted by anything and loses focus, her invisibility disappears, leaving her exposed. And once her embarrassment is triggered, it's next to impossible for her to become invisible.

The Incredibly HORNY (Gina Carano) - Scientist tries to make a supersoldier serum, but it backfires, turning her into a muscular powerhouse (often destroying whatever clothes she's wearing), but only when she is overwhelmed by a certain stimulus. Not anger, but arousal. If she gets horny enough, she will become green and super strong. However, she has a large desire to "smash", which in this case is sex. As soon as she orgasms, she returns to "normal".

BAMF (Erin Moriarty) - a half human, half demon girl, she learns she can teleport anywhere she can see or imagine, disappearing in a puff of smoke with the sound "BAMF"! Only problem is that she always arrives without clothes...

The Mighty Whōr (Ana De Armas) - A goddess from mythology made true when she crashes naked on Earth. She learns to love and appreciate the humble lives of humans (it also doesn't matter that she's beautiful and no one tells her to get dressed). She becomes worthy of her weapon, a powerful hammer that until activated, looks like an innocuous vibrator.
