The Clothing Compendium

A young man (or woman?) stumbles upon a dusty old book in a library stack for books ready to be discarded. However, when they see the contents, they succumb to curiousity; because this dusty old book claims that it contains, and can allow the user to rewrite, the rules about clothing for the ones for the sex that the user desires. If one felt like it, one could enact a wardrobe as far as total nudism on a subject, whether they'd be thrilled about that or not.

However, should the user become part of that target group (hint hint) they'd have only themselves to blame!
