The Calling

If Shioko was still the person she was at the start of the game she would had probably panic or be furious over the revelation the game was magic however now despite doing a very good job at hiding it she felt excited, not only because the concept of magic was something that stimulated her now curious personality but also because this ment the "wish" the winner of the game got as a prize was most likely real what's more she was within reach of the goal all she needed was a 5 or 4 to win and even if she rolled 6 perhaps she could convince the rest to forfeit getting the victory this way.

Trying to keep her face neutral she made her roll

Not what she had hoped for but she reminded to herself she was still in the lead and reached for a red card.

This was titled TEACH'N and had the drawing of a mother holding her small child in her hug, the card caused to pause for a moment out of fear this might cause her to become a mother, however she reminded herself that acording to the letter it was green cards that effected the past however since this was a red card the worse it could do was make it so she wanted to be a mother something that hardly mattered sinse they would wish themselves back in the end of the game. Whith this thoughs she declared she would continue and was covered in red light soon after.

As the light cleared Shioko tried to cross reference her memories to see what had changed and realised her initial assumptions were wrong although not exactly completely off the mark, she was now finding joy in her job as an educator as she could think of nothing more fulfilling grater than nurturing young minds.
