The Bravos return victorious

"Moriah! Oh my girl, you're still alive, thank the Gods!" Fuu couldn't help but smile as she watched one of the rescued women run into her father's embrace. It was a little awkward, what with her being naked save for a blanket they had wrapped around her, but something as trivial as that couldn't get in the way of the joy of being reunited with a loved one.

"You really went a did it! I didn't believe... when Harris said you all had left town I assumed you had just moved on, but this" the massive man that was the town blacksmith could barely get more than a few words out around tears of joy. "You're heroes! That's the long and short of it, heroes!"

"Oh, there's no need to be so kind" Fuu smiled and politely shook his hand. There was no reward for the mission they had taken, which might bother Liv, but they could probably pawn off enough goods from the cave to keep themselves going. What was important was that the people in danger were safe now.

"You'll want to administer five drops, three times a day, once with each of their meals." Becky was saying to a woman nearby. Ivana's mother had taken her daughter and Jen, the other addicted girl, under her wings and the more she spoke with her, the more confident Becky felt that she could leave the two girls in her care. "I'll hand you my notes--they're a little rough as this isn't any illness I recognize; we're really just treating symptoms, but it should pass in a few weeks time at most."

While most of the remaining adults of the village celebrated the reunion with loved ones and congratulated the Bravos on their success, Emmaline kept the children entertained with silly fire tricks and small acrobatic displays. The sounds of giggling and cheers echoed the fact that this small village had probably never had anything so fancy as a juggler pass through, so Emmaline's display was like something out of a dream.

"Anything I can do for you-- its your's!" the Blacksmith still hand't stopped shaking Fuu's hand. His daughter now smiled apologetically from over his shoulder. "Free room and board as long as you'd like, new weapons if I have the materials for them-- anything you'd like! Just name it"

"I suppose it wouldn't waste too much time for us to spend a night here," Liv said, stepping up next to Fuu. "But I doubt there's enough coin in this town to make anything worth sticking around too long."

"Sorry, she gets impatient sometimes." Fuu said. "Your kind words and happy smiles are thanks enough, we don't want to put you out at all. Besides, there are others who will need our help, I'm sure. We don't want to keep them waiting!"
