The Bravos decide to investigate the secretive jungle civilization

"Wow, I had no idea Lizardfolk were so cool!" Robin started to say, eyes wide with wonder, "That's definitely the least likely place I've ever seen a--"

"They've got prisoners." Liv said, her hard voice brought a harsh stop to the wonderment of the group. "I guess even with a fancy-ass city, monsters are still monsters."

She handed her rifle off to Fuu who held it up to peer through the scope. It took her a minute to figure out what Liv was talking enough, but sure enough before long she saw the same thing her friend had. In one of the widest open areas of the city, a crowd of largely male lizardfolk had gathered in a dense circle.

When she shifted her scope, Fuu could see what they were so focused on. There in the center of the circle of bodies were three women, naked and bound in pillories completely at the mercy of their captors. The lizardfolk seemed to have no shame or hesitation when it came to public intercourse, as three of them were lined up, one behind each of the women. From the vague thrusting motions the creatures made and the eager looks on the faces of the onlookers, Fuu could guess what the women were there for.

"Not just them, either." Liv said as Fuu handed her back her weapon. She had a grave look on her face which confirmed the situation to the other Bravos. Liv continued, "I saw a couple of men as well-- it looked like they were working on one of the houses."

As Liv shifted backward, Fuu turned to the rest of the group. "Well, it looks like the situation might be worse than we were told. Not only are they lizardfolk raiding supply carts, but it seems that they're enslaving travelers as well.... but that city would take a full on military **** to bring down, so..." Fuu looked over her friends' faces. Liv met her gaze with steady disinterest, but Becky and especially Robin seemed **** to do something, practically jumping for her next words. Fuu nodded at them. "We should probably stick to reconnaissance for now. Anything we can learn about them will no doubt be valuable to the King's army in the future. Liv, Becky, this will mostly be on you. We probably ought to stick to the shadows as much as we can, if they're **** travelers, I doubt they're willing to have a friendly talk."
