The Arena

The Arena is the height of entertainment in the city. It was once a brutal hub of bloodsport where slaves and condemned criminals fought to **** or violation, but under the more benevolent rule of recent generations, it has transitioned to a space for cathartic, voluntary, and safe combat. The gladiatorial games use magic weapons that hurt, but do not wound, and wrestling has strict rules to prevent serious injury of the combatants. However, this being the land of lust, the penalty for losing is still to be abused and dominated by the victor in front of a great crowd.
