The Arcane Dragon Lord of Infernus and One Above All

Full disclosure, I took exactly one liberty with the character creation that would technically constitute cheating: I selected one Tier 3 pact and one Tier 1 pact. I justify this because A) the Tier 1 pact is easily and instantly fulfilled at Dragonfall and then it's done. Transaction complete. And also because B) the entities in question have zero meaningful interaction with one another that might make this unreasonable. And finally, C) because I can.

And I put this in the "Larger than Life" category because this dragon bastard is ambitious as fuck.

General Information

Landing location:
Northern Cendor, the southern region of Andor. Where dragons are hunted or enslaved for being the most dangerous of all monsters, but magic is highly valued for its power. Very close to Andor's northern region of Anduvia, where magic is banned and non-humans are enslaved. For all its beauty, Andor is a dangerous, vicious place of false virtue and endless tension.

Form:
Medium Purple Drake (-10 Ur-embers) Roughly as big around as a big horse, but nearly three times as long, this dragon's sinuous movements afford it phenomenal mobility on the ground. Its grace and agility is very effective against larger enemies. Drawn to places of magic and power. Able to fly, albeit not gracefully.

Breath:
Mana Breath Tier 3. (-10 Ur-embers) Lethal to spellcasters, this ethereal blue-flame burns mana as fuel, destroying any spells or enchantments it comes in contact with. Has no effect on non-magical people and objects.

Dragon Features and Abilities

Features (-188 Ur-embers):

• Magic Tier 3 (-60) Capable of casting Tier 3 spells, with vast, seemingly inexhaustible stores of mana. This dragon is the pinnacle of arcane might.
• Magic Resistance Tier 2 (-30) Hostile spells are 50% less effective.
• Elemental Resistance [Heat, Cold] Tier 2 (-30) Completely immune to heat and cold.
• Regeneration Tier 2 (-20) Most injuries heal within an hour. Can regrow lost limbs and can bleed self to cleanse Tier 1 venoms.
• Elemental Resistance [Poison, Acid, Lightning] Tier 1 (-9) Able to survive and thrive in poisonous, acidic, and electrified environments. Some resistance to these types of damage.
• Venom Tier 1 (-5) Venom glands in fangs will exhaust, disorient, and nauseate victims.
• Wings to tier 2 (-5) Able to take off quickly and efficiently.
• Breath Tier 1 (-5) Able to use breath 6 times a day.
• Swimming Tier 1 (-5) Can swim.
• Brain Tier 1 (-5) Learn things twice as fast; significantly-improved long-term memory.
• Lungs Tier 1 (-5) Can hold breath for 2 minutes.
• Senses [Hearing] Tier 2 (-5) Can hear as well as the best the animal kingdom has ever produced.
• Senses [Smell, Sight, Taste, Touch] Tier 1 (-4) Smell, sight, taste, and touch are excellent, on par with the best humanity has ever produced.

Rare Features: (-25 Ur-embers)

• Shimmer Dust (-10) Spells cast on this dragon will reflect back to the caster, once every 30 seconds. Spells cast on self while dust is active resolve 1 tier higher.
• Resurrection Egg (-10) Can lay one Resurrection Egg at a time and hatch from it when slain. Hatch as tiny and grow over time.
• Adaptive Genitalia (-5) Genitalia can adapt shape and size to make sex with any partner not only possible, but extremely pleasurable.

Diet: (-12 Ur-embers)

• Mana (-10) Can sustain self by consuming mana from creatures or objects, or by simply consuming own mana.
• Souls (-2) Soul eater. Humanoid souls are best. Due to Tier 3 magic, this dragon can be fully sustained by mana alone. Eating souls is optional, but enjoyable and an effective means of eliminating enemies for good.

Drawbacks: (+45 Ur-embers)

• Dragonite Weakness (+25) **** vulnerability to Dragonite. Any Dragonite weapon will cut right through this dragon.
• Horny (+10) Libido is extraordinarily high. Must have sex at least daily to maintain focus. Going too long without will result in impulsive ****.
• Hoarder (+10) Will hoard items of value, which thanks to Horny drawback, refers especially to beautiful women. To part with any of them is almost unthinkable.

Spells: (-90 Ur-embers)

• Leyline Circle Tier 3 Create a glowing magical circle, empowering the magic anyone within it. Inside this circle, the dragon can cast any spell without concern for its mana cost, but the circle itself requires a large amount of mana to create.
• Mind Control Tier 3 Dominate the mind of a target, who will believe they serve of their own will. Lasts 3 hours by default. Longer duration costs more mana. Stronger-willed targets also require more mana.
• Counter Spell Tier 3 Nullify the effects of another Spell, even after its been cast.
• Bestow Immortality Tier 2 Grant target eternal youth and Regeneration 2.
• Stasis Sphere Tier 2 Create a sphere within reach, slowing time within. Anyone who remains inside will be completely time-frozen for the duration of the sphere.
• Humanoid Form Tier 2 Assume a Scaleling, Scaleborn, or Scalespawn, retaining Breath Attack, Features, Rare Features, Spells, Drawbacks, and Diet.
• Pocket Dimension Tier 1 Create a portal to a pocket dimension. Limit 1. Dimension limited to 1km diameter.
• Arcane Barrier Tier 1 Circle-shaped magical barrier.
• Alter Size Tier 1 Alter size to any size smaller than Medium.

Companions: (-10 Ur-embers)

• Azralynn (-3 [Andor Discount]) A scaleling mage from Cendor who wishes for the power to become an Archmage. Seduces dragons and trades "favors" to them in exchange for their obedience.
• Ilithya (-3 [Andor Discount]) A spoiled Cendoran noblewoman who thinks herself clever for wishing many wishes at once.
• Yolfi (-4) A human woman who hates humans and worships the Ur Wyrm. Was mistreated as a **** and seeks the downfall of all human civilization. Wishes only to be of use to the new Great Dragon

Pact:

Malgoroth, King of Demons and Ruler of Infernus Tier 3
This Great Dragon sees no reason to settle for Elderia alone when all of Infernus is also on the table. In return for agreeing to aid Malgoroth in his ambition, the Great Dragon will immediately be granted:

• Infernal Lordship and the power to travel to and from Infernus, as well as a domain in that realm.
• The Archdemon of Lust, Sephillia as a willing and obedient sex ****.
• The Vorpal Blade, of Fusionforged Dragonite, bathed in the blood of 13 Greater Demons. This blade can cut the soul of its victims, and ignores such trivial things as Healing, Regeneration, and Hive Mind.

Shokunin, The Artist of Creation Tier 1
In exchange for the Dragonite shell of the 6th Dragonfall, this Great Dragon will be granted a Mark of Ownership, ensuring no one else can Mind Control those who serve the Immortal Dragon Lord of Infernus. The Great Dragon's Mind Control applies the mark and cannot be Counter Spelled or dispelled. There is only One Above All.
