The Angelic Commander

Take along with Malphiel head into the commander's tent. As they pass through the entrance there's another time dilation. on the other side they find the tent is gone, all that remains is strips of fabric still tethered to the desolate ground. dead grass and scorched earth are all that lie below your feet and above a sky black as pitch. On the desolate and blasted ground lie scores of corpses, demonic and angelic, there is even the corpse of an elite. A lone angel stands, her blades piercing the chest of a demon that still twitches in it's final moments. The angel is wearing heavy golden armor that gleamed once, but is now caked with blood and soot. Her wings still extend out from her back, but they are bloodied and damaged, feathers torn and frayed. She is facing away from you and you hear a raspy exhalation.

"The plains have fallen. I have stood alone for days taking everything the Tower Below and the damned Abyss could send at me and I am still standing," the voice is familiar to those who journeyed with Yulia. "Now comes a chosen... Reinforcements at last or..." she starts as Commander of the Angelic Forces, Lemiel turns to face Take, her angelic blade pointed towards her threateningly, "are you simply more blood to soak this once hallowed ground?" she asks.

Behind her there is a portal, it is closed with angelic chains. It will not open until she is dead. It's clear by the corpses around her and her statement that she has been fighting alone for days that she is quite powerful, but she is also clearly quite worn down. It would be possible to kill her now and secure a relatively easy path forward. Even as she threatens Take, her blade wavers slightly, showing her struggle to even remain holding it outstretched.

If you don't have intentions to fight her and still wish to side with the Tower Above in this fight at least, it would probably be best to make those intentions clear quickly, she does not seem to have much patience at this time.
