Thank Sean for the tour and get settled
John: Thank you, is definitely a nice place, was bracing myself for something more...
Sean: Decrepit? Rundown? A hell hole that is just a strong sneeze from falling down? Yes, there are places like that, but I like to take pride of my work, and everyone here has been nice to me, least I can do is ensure they have a decent place to live.
Without asking me Sean helped me get settled down, he did some cleaning, showed me where everything was, how to turn the water on and off for the whole apartment, where the gas canister was located and how to report issues with the place.
Sean: I know you are good for the money, not many pay for a few months in advance. But I have to ask, do you have a job? or at least something lined up?
John: ...
Sean: Look, you paid for 6 months in advance, so we are cool. But you need a job, I assume you have some money saved but it won't last forever. I would go to the coffee shop near the college, classes are about to start, they always need extra help during college season and usually hire the first one that comes their way, before they get flooded with applications.

Building my life
Making it on my own
***This was written as an interactive story/game, as such plot lines may not always make sense while in read only.*** A new city, a fresh start. Your life has been planned for you, you are to take over the family company and marry your dad's business partner daughter... Or at least that was the plan. It started with you convincing your father to take odd jobs here and there during your teens in order to get some experience, to learn the value of money. And finally a year before you turned 18 and were able to convince him to let you go out in the world and experience what it has to offer.
