Tell the grandfather you could be carrying twins

You smile at each other, and you run your hand over your very large mound. But then you cry out in pain, and you hear a splash. The grandfather rushes over to between your legs, and shouts, "Pietar! Hurry with those towels, she's giving birth!"

You then feel your first contraction and you scream in agonizing pain. Pietar rushes in with the towels and a bowel of warm water. He gives them to his grandfather, and clearly doesn't know what to do. "What should I do, grandfather?"

"Hold her hand and shut up."

the young elf boy trembles at his grandfather's tone, and quietly sits down next to you, and takes your hand. You clench it with all your strength, as you feel a second contraction and cry out as tears flow out of your eyes. The grandfather lifts your rear a little and places one of the towels under it, as he cleans the insides of your thighs.

"All right, I need you to push, now!" Sweat covers your entire boy, and scream as you push with all your strength. The baby is so large though, that you get flashbacks of the orcs **** you for the first time. "I see the head. Keep going, you can do it!" With a second large push, you feel the first baby get free from your cervix, and a baby's cries fill the house.

"Wow..." Pietar quietly says.

"Okay, one down. Now, for the second." the grandfather says, as he sets your first son on a towel. "Come on, honey, you're almost there."

Your second son is far easier to get out than the first, and only takes one push for him to pop out. As your second son's cries fill your ears, you smile with relief, and fall limp. You're so tired, that staying awake seems like an impossibility.
