After a long pause, you finally speak up.

"Are you telling any lies, Nurse Riley?" You ask.

Nurse Riley thinks a moment, then shakes her head earnestly. You nod in appreciation.

"Okay." You say. "But- okay, so, here's- alright. I'm going to, if you let me take this oil, then I'm going to take it to- t-to the girl that needs it, and I'll make sure it all gets applied right, just so I can be safe and make sure you aren't telling lies about not telling lies. And because I'd like to help out, if you are actually telling the truth about not telling lies."

Nurse Riley keeps her back pressed up against the door with her limbs out starfish-mode, but leans her head forward to fully take in your explanation as you lay it down.

"But if you don't let me go and deliver it, then I will probably have to think that you're telling lies twice, and then I'll p-pour it down the sink. Okay?"

Nurse Riley considers for a second, then responds.

"What if we both go?" She suggests, gently. "So that you can make sure that's what it's for, and I can make sure it gets used for that."
