Teach her

"Well now that you look human, I'm gunna try and help you act like one." Felix said proudly, puffing his chest out hands on his waist and biceps flexing. KuliKuli merely cocked her head in confusion.

"Act like a hoo-man?"

"That's right, and it's pronounced human not hoo-man."

"H-Hoo-man?"

"Human."

"Ewe-man?"

"Human."

"Yew-man?"

"No, hu-you know what, nevermind we can skip that one." Not likely anyone will be using that word anyhow.

KuliKuli nodded and stood up, her paws at her front and her tails wrapped around her waist. Felix paced around a bit with her patiently observing before clearing his throat.

"Okay so, what exactly do you know what to do?"

KuliKuli scratched her ear. "I can change, I can meow, and I can eat and sleep." He frowned. "That's all?"

"Yup!" She smiled leaving him speechless as he facepalmed.

"We got a lot to show you."

"Okay so there's gunna be a time when I need to head into town and you might be left alone."

"Mewww, I don't wanna be alone."

"Well, I mean we can talk later about that but point is, sometimes you'll be hungry and I won't be around."

She pouted and looked at him with sad eyes. "No more of masters milk?"

"Uhh, f-focus! I'm trying to show you how to feed yourself."

"Why feed myself when Master is here to give me his sweet honey." She giggled, crawling forward and pawing at his thigh.

Felix jumped back, red with a furious blush, and held KuliKuli's paws. "Listen, I'm trying to show you so that you can take care of yourself. Give a man a fish and he's fed for a day. Teach him how to fish and he's fed for a lifetime."

"Oh, I love fish! Is master gunna teach me?" Her face beamed with excitement as she jumped up and down, knocking over the bucket and causing the cow nearby to panic and run out of the farm. Felix ran after and a moment later retrieved the cow, brushing its fur to calm it.

Felix sighed. "Okay, could you get the bucket for me?"

KuliKuli nodded and pounced at it, only to find herself struggling as she clawed at the metal surface attempting to pick it up. "Master I can't, I-oh!" She smiled, tongue sticking out as she spun around and unwrapped her tails before wrapping them around the bucket. A minute later she crawled to him on all fours humming and with a bucket on her back. "Got it!"

Oof.

"Okay, so that's one way to work around the lack of fingers." Felix continued on with all the patience in the world, teaching KuliKuli how to milk a cow, feed the chickens, and groom the sheep. Of course, it was a bit difficult as she began slapping the cows, chasing after the chickens and clawing at the poor sheep, but somehow in someway she more or less figured it out.

Soon daylight slipped away as the sun began to set, with Felix carrying an exhausted Neko in his arms back into the house.

"Here," He said, laying her in bed before kissing her forehead. "Get some rest okay? You did pretty well, I'm pr-" He paused, hearing her sigh peacefully. Her calm look made him smile, almost tempting to cuddle alongside her. But he was a mess himself, all sweaty and covered in dirt and mud. Teaching her wasn't easy, not by a longshot, but it would be worth it in the end.

He undressed and headed into the restroom, cleaning himself with a bucket of hot water he heated up earlier. KuliKuli opened her eyes and rolled around, staring curiously at her master as he cleaned himself. He was so skinny and covered with lots of scratches and bruises, scars that littered his body became apparent to her. She felt sad realizing Master was hurt earlier in his life, her ears flicked up as she thought of a way to thank him.

Felix poured another cup of water over his brown hair, washing off any dirt residue left in it. Another hand tugged at him, playing with his hair almost which caught him by surprise. Turning around he saw a cute white haired Nekomata smiling back as she shampooed his hair for him. "Thank you Master, for wanting to teach me things... and for keeping me."

"Hey, not a problem. You don-"

Peck.

He stood stiff as she pulled back, her smile gone and left with an emotional look instead. "I just wanted to say, I like you too." She continued rustling his hair for him, a bit relieved she had the courage to kiss him first this time. He couldn't speak then, only managing to wash his hair after and finish cleaning himself up before getting up and grabbing a towel.

Once dry, he felt her throw her arms around him, holding him tight. "Master, I'm tired. Can we sleep now?"
