Female Body Inspection scores don't affect everyone the same way. If you give a female investment banker a low score, the impact of the scores will be isolated to her personal life. She will have trouble finding a romantic partner, and her prospects of siring children will decrease. Her professional life will be unaffected, however, and it will still be possible for her to live a fulfilling life. The same isn't true for women who leverage their beauty to make money. For those women, a low attractiveness score means their careers are over.
Pornstars were a good example of the type of women you wanted to target. They relied on their beauty- on being able to excite men- to earn money. A gorgeous pornstar gets excellent deals from adult studios, ad revenue from men watching their videos, and tips on their OnlyFans. An ugly pornstar gets nothing. Consequently, if you are generous during a pornstar's Female Body Inspection, the high scores will affirm her beauty, and she will make more money than she previously did. Conversely, if you rate a stripper poorly, she will make less money than she used to, and, depending on how bad her scores are, she might have to leave the career path altogether. Most women get into sex work due to a lack of other options, so failing out can be devastating.
You use pornstars as an example, but this dichotomy isn't limited to pornstars. You can make or break the careers of any woman who depends on their looks for revenue. Twitch Thots, strippers, and professional cheerleaders are all at your mercy. You have no use for mercy.

These branching stories are going to have 3 very simple premises: 1) You exist in a world where your character AND ONLY your character gets to have sex with whatever group or groups of people you choose wherever and whenever he or she desires. 2) The circumstances under which he or she can have sex with that group can be specified generally or specifically. 3) The response of the people you have sex with and/or the general public can be chosen.
