Tanning booth

“So like why are we here, mommy?”, asked Andrea, the trepidation in ‘her’ voice noticeable.

“Well you’ve never been interested in my work, but now that you’re such a beautiful fashion-forward girl, I thought it was time to finally show you how I put food on the table. Plus with no other ladies in the way, we get to catch up on all the treatments I’ve been wanting to try out on you for years!”, Charlene revealed.

“Though it is a shame the gals at the mall did such a fine job on you; it’d feel too bad to mess up their work, plus I prefer working on a rougher canvas, so to speak. Well first things first, let’s do something about that pale skin of yours”.

Charlene led Andrea upstairs to a tanning salon, where she set up a bed for ‘daughter’ as she instructed ‘her’ to remove her makeup, strip, tie her hair back, and cover her entire skin with a bottle of tanning lotion.

The lotion had a chemical-y but sweet scent which Andrew found appealing, and noticed it was pigmented brown, giving the skin a noticeable light tan colouration.

With a small pair of tanning goggles covering his eyes, Andrew lay in the booth which began showering him with UV radiation, following the instructions of his mother on how to switch around positions to allow the entirety of his body to be exposed to the rays.

After five minutes the rays ceased, and although much of the lotion had been sweated out, Andrea still maintained a light sun-kissed look, and gave ‘herself’ a quick wash with a flannel at a sink while ‘her’ mother cleaned the bed.
