“It looks like Tali is the first one to win,” EDI said. “So she will be the one to be alone with Shepard. Everyone else make your way outside.”

Everyone except Tali and Shepard filed out of the room until it was just them and EDI. Tali nodded. “EDI, lock the door now. Don’t let anyone in.”

“Done,” EDI said.

“Shepard…”

“How could you do this?!” Shepard yelled. “How could you let them do this to me!”

“I… I didn’t,” Tali said. “I’m as annoyed as you are.”

“What?” Shepard said. “What do you mean?”

“They didn’t tell me that this was the plan. And they didn’t tell me about the naked clause either. If you ask me, I think they just wanted an excuse to see me naked,” Tali said. “But Shepard, I would never do this to you. You have to believe me.”

“It’s hard to trust anyone right now,” Shepard said. “How can I trust anyone ever again.”

“Do you really think we could’ve fought back with Liara? We all know her capabilities,” Tali said. “The only ones that were really in on it were Ashley, Liara, and Miranda. The rest of us played along because we had to. Those bosh’tets didn’t even tell us about the contract. I assume they thought that we all would just play along.”

Shepard sighed. “Okay… but what do I do?” Shepard asked. “Now I’m bound by law to be naked till the day I die.”

“Please, like a silly contract could stop you,” Tali said. “We need to get a hold of Liara’s shadow broker information. Oh and by the way, the guys are waiting outside. I guess Liara was going to show you off to them.”

Shepard’s eyes widened. “We need to get out of here.”

“We will, but… I just need a few more minutes and then… ah!” Tali said. “Got it.”

“What did you do?” Shepard asked.

“Unlocked the emergency exit. Come on, Legion is outside waiting for us.”

“Legion??”

“He’s going to help us with our mission. He’ll be able to help us gain access to the Shadow Broker intel. Luckily I already know where Liara keeps her main monitors.”

“Where?”

“On the Normandy.”

“Oh…” Shepard said.

“So naturally we’re going to steal the Normandy and get out of here before the others can catch on,” Tali said.

“Of course,” Shepard said.

“Now let’s go,” Tali said. “We need to leave before Liara can catch on to our plans.”
