To which you say in Vanessa’s voice / your new voice in an amused tone of voice :

Duh, because I think it would be funny.

To which you are unsurprised to see the naked, barefoot and clearly embarrassed Ashley glare at you and say in an annoyed tone of voice :

Why do you think I'm going to do what you say, V?

To which you decide to take a risk while assuming that if Ashley really is submissive as you suspect she is that she would have told Vanessa and say :

Because I know that you are secretly a submissive, Ashley.

To which you watch Ashley roll her eyes and say in an unsurprised and annoyed tone of voice :

Well, duh.
