Take them on by hand

Poppy took up a stance and rolled out of the way of the toad that leaped in the air to try and pounce on her. The other toad circles behind her to block her path to her hammer.

The toad behind her shot his tongue out at her. His first and last mistake as Poppy was able to grab it and swing him into his bother. It not only knocked them both down it also made him lose his spear which Poppy dived for and tossed at them.

It hit home with one of the toads, piercing his skull while the other leaped after Poppy in rage.

The tiny knight was able to reach for her hammer and swing it hard. Knocking the toad in the air allowing her to slam it down and crushing the toad.

Poppy let out a sigh of relief now that all the toads have been killed. Although as she looked into the cave, she has a feeling she will have to take extra care to not get caught again.
