Take down Andra

If there's anyone in your school who deserves to be taken down a peg, it's Andra. She's been a total bitch to you for most of your teenage years, largely because she knows you're not going to hit a girl and with her being (way) more popular than you, there's not a lot you can do about it. Correction; not a lot you could do about it.

New Rule: Andra Lake is a bully target.

You hide the book in your draw. You don't want to lose it while at school, that would be disastrous. You're also not gonna make any other rules until you understand more about how it works. You're just gonna wait and see how the rule turns out tomorrow.
