Take Your Parents To Meet Your Mate

After some heavy breaths, Mom and Dad follow you outside, where the whole village has gathered to meet your mate. There are so few sexually strong orcs in your village, and most of them die, so you being able to find a mate is a very important even for the whole village, and well worth celebrating. There will be a huge feast tonight, and you'll receive your own home, which is being built right now.

The whole village has gathered, even the orc mates, who hardly ever join social gatherings. As your parents join the half circle crowd, you step out to the middle of it. You've never felt comfortable speaking in front of large groups, let alone the whole village, but this is too important to back down now.

"My friends and family." you say, "As you no doubt have heard, I was able to find a mate. She is now dedicated to me, and I ask that you show her the respect you would any proud orc."

"Come on, runt. Stop talking and show her to us already!" you oldest brother yells from within the crowd.
