Take Sandra and her daughter back to your village

You take Sandra's hand in yours. "Let us fetch your daughter and return to my village."

Sandra's daughter turns out to be a young child, no more than 6 years old. You help them pack their few things, and return with them to your village.

"A human," you father observes. "And she has mated before."

"Her previous... mate... has died," you say. "She wishes to replace him with me."

"Well," your father concedes, "I suppose you could have done worse." He kisses your mother. "Not nearly as good a catch as your mom here."

Sandra speaks. "Your son has kindly agreed to be my mate. I like being with him."
