THE CAMP IS UNDER ATTACK!!!

Truck! NOW!

Tania picked Suki up by the scruff of the neck and deposited her in the pickup, then jumped in herself. Suki made space as Tania leapt the side.

I gunned the engine and ten long minutes later, we were in sight of the camp, and there was a dust cloud around the camp. While the girls were arguing Adria had found keys for the padlocks holding the slaves, and on the trip back Tania and Suki had unlocked all the girls, and armed them, one wanted off and threatened Suki with the pistol, she was forcibly disarmed and ejected from the truck, by Tania, who was protecting her friend. The rest watched as Tania disarmed her, picked her up, and launched her from the back of the moving truck, all in the space of two seconds. When they saw the bundle pick itself up, all heads turned to Tania, who simply asked: anyone ELSE want off? All heads shook fervently, now willing to fight, alongside the tall attractive one who looked like she tore the heads off bears for fun.

My army was growing!

The threat was wild animals, some sort of reptilian cat with tentacle tails, attacking in a pack some were wounded, some were dead, most had Nina's arrows in them.

I could see that the girls had barricaded themselves in one of the land trains and were trying to fight back, I used the base shop and bought two Remington 870 wingmasters and some armour piercing rounds for Suki and a couple of ammo belts for Tania.

Suki stood on the passenger seat, Adria and Tania, knelt at the back of the truck, facing back, guns ready, Tania wound a chain round her hips and the truck, for stability.

We all waited for Suki's signal, finally she pulled the trigger and I started the engine, Suki fired again, and again.

When the Cat Lizards (I dubbed Clizzards) were a hundred yards away I spun the truck 180 and the Clizzards got both barrels, as the girls opened up at the rear.

The Clizzards kept pace as I pulled away but their numbers were dwindling. Down to three, then Suki dropped one more, Tania hosed down another as Adria clicked dry. She dropped the Galil, drew her sai, and leapt at the Clizzard, landing, plunging the sai in the back of its neck, using her weight to push it in.

She managed to roll out of the mess of crashing animal, and it was over.

Now THAT'S BADASS!! Suki yelled at Tania!

We piled back in and hightailed it back to the camp.

A couple of grunts were dead, and Jo had a stinger hole in her chest, the skin around the wound was discoloured, one of the girls we had just picked up called Zoe, said she had some med/survival training she inspected Jo's wound and got her to relax.

She needed a way to extract the venom, I instantly got a venom extractor from the shop, and gave it to her, she used it on Jo.

That will buy us some time but she will need the antidote it is made from leaves that can be found around here.
