Swap shop it is

You decide that even if you don't get a job, the Swap Shop could be a fun place to peruse, especially in a magic filled place like this. It doesn't take you long to find the old, but pleasantly refurbished and eclectically decorated building further towards the market district. As you enter, you discover that the place is surprisingly filled with people. The nicknacks all around the room are being handled and inspected, but no one seems particularly intent on buying anything as the check out desk is completely vacant.

The lady behind the desk is beaming a wide smile. She's not an unattractive woman, but her eyes are large and a little too enthusiastic looking. Her hair is tied up and braided in an equally eclectic way to her shop, and has beads and clips woven into it. She smiles even wide, if that were possible, as you approach.

"Pleasure to see you, how can Millidy be at your service?" She begins.
"Oh, I'm mostly just admiring the wares," you respond. "But I saw that you had a job posting not far from here, and wondered what that might be."
"Ohhh." She winks, "Selling bits and bobs, I'm always low on salespersons interested in the position. You're actually here at just the right time. I only open that part of the shop once a week, that's what all these loafers are here for." She chirps a soft laughter. "Care to join them? There's still time to write up the contracts."
"Is the pay good?"
"Ohhh, pay is always good. Whatever we sell you get 75%"
You're almost taken aback. A percentage as high is that is more than a little suspicious, you're about to ask what the catch is before she interrupts your thoughts.
"You always leave with the same of whatever you trade too! It's just a flat swap! Many people are even pleased with the trades they get, but hurry hurry, I'm about to open shop. There's no time to waist if you want to work today!"
