There were multiple options in this situation that Kiba had, though the two he was leaning towards the most was sneaking up on Kushina or just announcing his presence. After a moment of deliberation Kiba was all but certain that he was going to let Kushina know he was there but that all changed after getting another look at her legging clad ass.
