(Level - 2) Move one medium sized object and twenty tiny objects along with giving you a chance of saving yourself from falling to ****. (Level - 3) Move cars with your mind with minimal difficulty and anything else with ease with the only caveat being an energy drain comparable to the size, length, and distance. Theoretical chance of flight if enough energy, skill, and persistence as you are more throwing yourself or nudging yourself in any given direction with hovering being the only cheap and effective option.

Mind Reading - (Level - 1) Hear someone's thoughts but only for a second or two and only ten people a day. (Level - 2) Hear longer thoughts and varying targets but only if they have weak mental defenses. (Level - 3) Focus and understand anyone's thoughts no matter the difficulty with the harder the target the greater the mental strain.

Shapeshifting - (Level - 1) Change the color of any part of your body as you see fit, or maybe grow a singular extra limb to help you in times of need with the changes lasting twenty minutes (Warning: Possible chance of permanent body changes so caution is advised.)
