Supergirl's Submission Score

KARA DANVERS = SUBMISSION: -5

Wait, is that right? I check it and double check it, and I still can’t believe my eyes. Kara Danvers, Supergirl has a submission score that low? I recheck the list of submission score shorthand that the app provided me with when I first turned it on.

-20 to 0 = This person doesn't prefer to take commands from you. The person considers themselves to be the more dominant in the relationship.

‘Doesn’t prefer to take orders from you.’ Really? That was it? Staunch feminist Supergirl is willing to possibly take orders from me? That doesn’t seem right. The two of us have clashed multiple times in the past, and each time, she’d soundly kicked my ass without a second thought. There is no way her submission score isn’t in the low -60s.

And yet, from every angle, according to the app, she is significantly more willing to follow my orders than her other high-and-mighty superheroine colleagues. It just doesn’t make sense. None of it adds up…

Unless…

I pull up one of those little soundbite interviews that she likes to do. I watch as the Kryptonian goes on and on about how she doesn’t consider herself better than anybody else. She says that her powers don’t make her superior to anyone in any way. She gives an impassioned sermon about how she would never judge anyone for the evil that they do because she believed that everyone deserves a chance at being redeemed.

I pause the video.

I stare at the image of Supergirl I on my monitor. Those lovely features, that perfect face, that expression of pure earnestness captured on it… Could it be that this bitch actually believes her own bullshit?

Holy shit… I think to myself. She does.

I think that a lesser man would be conflicted upon learning about this. He might even reevaluate or revise his opinions about Kara Danvers and the superheroine community as a whole after receiving proof that at least one of them sincerely believes in the bullshit that they're always spouting.

The thing is, I'm not weak. I feel no conflict about what I'm about to do. The fact that I now know what Supergirl’s true nature is changes nothing. Quite the contrary, to me, it means that the hurdle for turning her into an obedient little **** is now significantly lower than any of her fellow heroines. She will be the first that I will break, and then I will use her to break all her little friends.

Her convictions didn't make her a paragon of virtue. All they did was paint a nice, big target on her for me.

“You dumb bitch.” I say, a smile slowly spreading across my face.

Time to come up with a plan.
