“Well, let’s divvy up the bedrooms,” said Betty. She pointed to one door. “You, Alice and I will be in there.”

“That means Alice and I will take this room,” said Kevin. They stood up and began to head off towards the room opposite the one I was to share with my girlfriend and her sister.

“Then the middle room is mine,” said William, also getting up.

“We should settle in,” said Cora.

“Mm-hmm,” said Alice. We all began to head in our seperate directions.
