Sue Wants Greater Mastery of Her Powers

"I want more control over my powers," Sue Storm admitted. "Fine control. Theoretically, I should be able to use my powers for surgery. If I can make an invisible knife to throw at people, I can make an invisible scalpel. But I really struggle with such fine manipulation. It takes a lot of concentration and is extraordinarily tiring. I think part of the reason is that I'm afraid of screwing up..."

Dr. Stone nodded. She wasn't disappointed. It would have been easier if it was a sexual goal or phobia to overcome, but she could work with this. Already, she had an idea. A terrible idea.

"I imagine that finding living subjects to practice on would be difficult," the psychiatrist said.

"Impossible!" Sue said. "I mean, I use invisible knives on fruit, veggies, and meat when cooking, but I can't exactly cut a living being just to experiment with my powers."

"No, of course not," Dr. Stone agreed. "But...I can give you a living volunteer. That might help you practice and overcome your **** in a safe, effective manner."

Sue paused. Nervous. Perhaps a bit disbelieving. It sounded almost too good to be true.

"Okay," the Invisible Woman said at last.

"Now, what I'm about to do is a bit unconventional. But I need you to trust me. This is part of the process," Dr. Stone said. She gradually increased the microgravitic pressure on Sue's brain, deepening the suggestive state. As the implants buzzed madly in her skull, Dr. Stone pulled up her shirt. Sue Storm stared at the soft pink nipples with the broad areola. Bigger than her own breasts, with none of the marks of pregnancy.

"I want you to picture a needle," Dr. Stone said. "Like a sewing needle, but thinner. I want you to picture it piercing through my nipple. Can you do that?"

"Yes," Sue said. Her voice strangely hollow.

"This is how we're going to practice you using your powers," Dr. Stone said. "You're going to spend the week researching nipple piercings. Next week, we're going to practice. And when you're ready, you're going to do it for real. You're going to pierce both of my nipples, and that will be a mark of the improved mastery of your powers. A step toward bigger things."

"But...I might hurt you," Sue said, still staring at the blonde psychiatrist's bare breasts.

"You will hurt me. But that's okay. I'm volunteering. Because I trust you, Susan. I trust that you will treat this seriously, and do your best. In the end, this will work out for both of us," she said.

Sue nodded. Dr. Stone had her shirt back on before she released the suggestion effect. Sue Storm blinked rapidly and shook her head; Karla could feel the headache from the overuse of her powers like a dwarf with a pickaxe inside of her skull. Yet she **** a smile.

"Next week," Dr. Stone said. "Do your homework."
