Sue Storm Works As A Go-Go Dancer

The skirt was transparent plastic. So were the high-heeled sandals that strapped onto Sue Storm's legs. The belly-baring top that hung off her shoulders by straps, and through which her nipples could be clearly seen. With the pink wig and the transparent glasses, the Invisible Woman's features were disguised well enough, and she was technically dressed. Yet anyone watching could see...everything.

"You can see my vagina!" Sue hissed.

"Barely. Though I think shaving was the right idea," Dr. Stone said.

They were backstage at the Neon Cabaret. A place that presented itself as a cyberpunk-themed discotheque with a retro futurist aesthetic. All black lights and go-go-dancers, weird electronic fusion music that mixed and re-mixed styles, drinks with names and ingredients that sounded impossible or synthetic. The clientele was a mixture of punks, cosplayers, and cyberpunk enthusiasts.

Sue Storm knew that it was actually a gathering place for time travelers. The mutants Cable and Bishop were regulars, helping sort out various beings who had arrived either accidentally or with an eye toward diverting the timeline. The Bouncers at the End of Time, one of the other girls had called them.

"Think of it this way: if you turn your costume invisible, no one will care," Dr. Stone said as she carefully tested if Sue's wig was in place firmly. "Just get out there and dance. It'll be good for you. Don't worry about people seeing you, because everyone can see you. There's nothing to be embarrassed about. You're beautiful."

The heroine blushed. Then it was time.

The cages were small. Colored lights played over the scantily clad bodies within. Some girls went for a cyborg look, others went naked except for body paint, and a few, like Sue, assumed approved costumes. The people below looked, but they weren't seeing the Invisible Woman. They were seeing a tight body undulate in the way Sue had learned in her belly-dancing classes. Ass dropping down to twerk to a driving beat as the dance floor filled up beneath her.

Sue couldn't remember the last time she had been out dancing. And the thing was, even though she was well aware that the audience could see almost everything through the transparent clothes, she felt fully covered. It wasn't long into her set before Sue found she had forgotten her virtual nakedness in favor of the synthetic tones, the roar of the crowd, the burn in her thighs and calves. Trying to hit her marks, to synchronize her movements with the track and the other women. When the go-go dancers were good, they could move together.

It was fun. It was work. Sue felt herself smiling as her hips swayed back and forth. A dozen eyes on her at any given time, never knowing they goggled at the tits and near-naked body of one of the most powerful women of the world.

From the dance floor, Moonstone watched. She smiled and sipped her whiskey. Sue Storm was doing well. But Moonstone had an idea for how Sue could do even better.
