Sue Storm Turns Titania's Clothes Invisible

Titania had acquired an Infinity Gem. Again.

Six foot six inches of ginger bodybuilder on a cosmic steroid trip in Central Park, calling for She-Hulk to come for her regularly-scheduled ass-whooping. Except that the Gammazon was off-world, as were Captain Marvel, Thor, and most of the other heroes that would have normally handled this particular situation. Sue Storm, the Invisible Woman, was the first on the scene to respond.

She approached invisibly. The gem was on Titania's forehead. The veins in her body glowed with barely-contained cosmic power. Black spots crackled around her eyes, bleed off of energy that her superhuman metabolism couldn't hold. The purple outfit that Titania had chosen for this grudge match included thigh-high purple boots (with spikes), a kind of one-piece swimsuit with a generous cut-out to showcase cleavage that couldn't be natural considering the villain's body fat had to be under 1%, and past-the-elbow purple gloves (with more spikes), topped with spiked purple pauldrons and a mask.

The Invisible Woman grimaced. A direct **** was basically pointless; the Power Gem meant that Titania could break even Sue's **** fields. But she couldn't hit what she couldn't see, so Sue was largely safe as long as she stayed out of her reach...

The thought shifted into Sue's mind like a rattler waking up as the warm summer sun lit up its den. It slithered and uncurled. Sue gave a little shiver.

"...FACE ME, YOU EMERALD COWARD! I WILL..." Titania screamed, froth flicking from her lips.

Then her costume disappeared.

The villain did not immediately realize something was wrong until people took out their phones and started taking pictures.

"WHAT? WHAT ARE YOU DOING!? WHY..."

Titania looked down. Instinctively, she reached to cover herself with her hands, one arm across her chest, the other down between legs. Her muscular body twisted to try and hide itself, but New Yorkers, blasé about such things, mad the most of the opportunity.

"STOP! STOP TAKING PICTURES! I'LL KILL YOU! I WILL RIP OUT YOUR SPINES AND FLOSS WITH THEM!"

The Invisible Woman grinned. An invisible set of pliers gripped the gem and yanked. As soon as it lost contact with her skin, the glow died in Titania's veins. The woman seemed to shrink in on herself. Still incredibly strong, still incredibly dangerous, but now somehow more human. She grabbed for the gem, and encountered only an invisible wall.

Then another. And another.

Titania's scream of frustration was matched only by the boldness of the New Yorkers who came closer, amazed at the naked mime show playing out before them. Sue Storm grinned...and then, realizing what she was doing, let Titania's costume fade back into view. The embarrassed villain was crying.

"Fuck you! Fuck you all!" the musclebound murderess sank to her knees, slamming her fist against the invisible **** field. "I'll have my **** on you for this indignity!"

"No," Sue Storm said as she dialed S.H.I.E.L.D. for pick up. "You won't."
