What does Sue Storm do with Moonstone and her wrecked holes?

Sue Storm Calls The Night Nurse

The Invisible Woman stretched out her arm, and an invisible force field brought her communicator to her. This was an emergency. A super-emergency. So she called the emergency number that heroes use.

The Night Nurse picked up immediately.

"Please state the nature of the medical emergency," she said calmly.

"Civilian. Woman. Mid-30s. Some sort of...she's been sexually assaulted. Prolapsed anus and vagina. Unconscious, bleeding from the nose, but she's breathing," Sue said.

"This is the Invisible Woman?" Night Nurse said.

"Yes," Sue confessed.

"Okay, I want you to make layers of her body invisible. Look for internal bleeding, broken bones, crushed organs...point the communicator's camera at the body," the Night Nurse said.

The heroine followed the instructions. Layers of Dr. Stone's skin and muscles disappeared. Sue was glad to see none of the bones were broken, none of the organs were burst. There was a little blood, but...

"Wait. Go back. Near the spine," the Night Nurse said.

Sue held the communicator steady as Dr. Stone's uterus vanished, and there, fused to the base of the spine in a mess of alien nervous tissue, was what looked like a large gemstone.

"That's not a civilian," Night Nurse said with certainty. "There was something in the skull, too. Show me the face, then make it invisible so I can see her brain."

The heroine obeyed, her fright giving way to confusion. Not a civilian?

She could not see on that Night Nurse was feeding "Dr. Stone's" face through a database of known superbeings. Sue could see the dull grey of the implants in Dr. Stone's skull, mounted on the brain with fine vibranium wires.

"What are those?" The Invisible Woman wondered. She stared down at the unconscious woman whose holes were torn inside-out. "Who are you really?"
