Sudden Interruptions
The workshop was filled with an intense, charged silence as Z-0-R-T-Y ensured the credit card was securely in place. Walter's breath was coming in short, sharp gasps, his knuckles white where he gripped the metal pad. Just as Z-0-R-T-Y was about to withdraw her hand, the workshop door creaked open.
"Hey, Dad? You in here? I need to bor—" Jacob's voice trailed off as he pushed the door fully open and stepped inside. His eyes widened in shock as he took in the scene before him.
There, bent over the table, was a stunning blonde woman with smooth, pale skin and an impossibly curvaceous figure. And behind her, another identical blonde woman was kneeling, her hand poised near the first woman's hips. Jacob blinked, his brain struggling to process what he was seeing.
"Wh-what's going on here?" Jacob stammered, his voice a mix of confusion and dawning realization. He took a step closer, his eyes darting between the two identical women.
Walter, still bent over with the credit card securely placed, let out a soft, embarrassed groan. "Jacob," he said, his voice a high-pitched squeak that belied his usual gruff tone. "It's not what it looks like."
Jacob's eyes widened as he took in the scene, his mouth agape. "Dad? Is that you?" he asked, his voice a mix of disbelief and amusement. He looked from Walter to Z-0-R-T-Y and back again, trying to wrap his head around the sight of his father in such a compromising position.
Walter straightened up, turning to face his son with a flush spreading across his cheeks. He placed a hand over his rear end, as if to hide the evidence of their unusual preparation. "Yes, Jacob, it's me," he said, his voice gaining some of its usual authority. "I needed to ensure the credit card would teleport with me."
Jacob's gaze flicked from Walter's face to his hand, which was still covering his backside, and then back up again. A slow smile spread across Jacob's face as he began to understand the situation. "Well, this is a new one," he said, chuckling. "So, you're saying you're a woman now and need to bend over to take a credit card up the—"
"Jacob!" Walter interrupted, his voice sharp. "Yes, that's what I'm saying. Now, if you don't mind, we have a schedule to keep."
Jacob held up his hands in surrender, still grinning widely. "Sorry, Dad. I mean, you. It's just... not every day you see your dad like this." He gestured vaguely at Walter's form, taking in the stunning blonde hair and curvaceous figure.
Jacob's grin faded slightly as he looked at Z-0-R-T-Y, who was now standing calmly beside Walter. "And who is this?" he asked, pointing at her. "Mom got a new haircut or something?"
Walter chuckled softly. “No Jacob, that’s not your mom. That’s Z-0-R-T-Y.”
Jacob nodded, still eyeing Z-0-R-T-Y with curiosity. "So, what were you two up to? Besides the obvious."
Walter took a deep breath, his expression turning serious. "The teleporter has some limitations, as you know. One of them is that it can't transmit certain types of foreign objects. To ensure the credit card doesn't get left behind, we had to... secure it internally."
Jacob's eyes widened in understanding. "Ah, I see. So, you're saying you had to—"
"Yes," Walter interrupted, his cheeks flushing slightly. "That's exactly what I'm saying."
Jacob nodded, a thoughtful expression on his face. "You know, that teleporter has been acting up lately. It's not exactly reliable."
Walter sighed. "I'm aware of the risks, Jacob. But this is important. We need to get some clothes, or do you want two naked blonde twins roaming around the house?"
Jacob scratched his chin, thinking. "You know what? I have an idea. My van—the one I remodeled for stealth camping—has a pretty comfortable back seat. I could drive you both to the Shopping Mall and get all the clothes you need. That way, we avoid any potential malfunctions with the teleporter and ensure you get there safely."
Walter considered this for a moment. "That's not a bad idea, Jacob."
Jacob waved a hand dismissively. "Indeed. Plus, the van has all the mods we need to ensure a smooth ride." He paused, then added with a wink, "And if anything goes wrong, at least you'll be comfortable."
Walter looked at Z-0-R-T-Y, who nodded slightly in agreement. "Very well, Jacob. Let's do it your way. But we need to leave immediately."
Jacob grinned and clapped his hands together. "Great! Let me just grab my keys and we can hit the road." He turned and hurried out of the workshop, leaving Walter and Z-0-R-T-Y to follow behind.
As they made their way to the van, Walter couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude towards his son. Despite his initial shock, Jacob had risen to the occasion and offered a practical solution. With any luck, they would make it to the mall unseen and complete their mission successfully.
As they walked out to Jacob's van, Walter fell into step beside his son. "Jacob," he began, his voice serious, "I appreciate your help with this. But I have to ask—what do you want in return?"
Jacob shrugged, avoiding Walter's gaze. "It's no big deal, Dad. I mean, you're my dad. I gotta help you out when you need it. You would do the same for me, right?"
Walter stopped walking and turned to face Jacob, placing a hand on his shoulder. "Jacob, I know you well enough to understand that there's always a catch with you. What is it that you want? Let me make this worth your while," Walter insisted gently.
Jacob shifted uncomfortably under Walter's gaze. "Really, it's fine. I don't need anything, right now at least" he mumbled, looking down at his feet.
Walter raised an eyebrow but pressed the issue no further. He could sense that Jacob was being evasive, and he decided to let it go—for now. "Alright, Jacob. If you change your mind, just let me know."
Jacob nodded, relieved that Walter had dropped the subject and even unwillingly gave consent to what he had in mind for them later. He led them to his van, a sleek black vehicle with tinted windows and custom modifications. The side door slid open smoothly as Jacob pressed a button on his key fob, revealing a comfortable interior with plenty of space for the two apparent women to rest during the ride.
