What are her two cards?

Style and Physical

Chapter 5 by ClownGirls

“Style and Physical…” Danika pouted. “I can’t. They’re gonna take my ass next. I’ll be so boyish.”

“You have to read them, Dani.” Sydney patted her friend’s back. “Look, this rule mentions something about the winner getting a wish. If we get through this, maybe… y’know, the winner can just undo it all. No harm done.”

“Really?” She blinked with large, teary eyes. “I can have my boobs back?”

“Well, um, I don’t–”

“Yeah, totally.” Jules cut her sister off. “Just read the damn cards.”

“Okay. Physical Alteration. Your hair will naturally be red and blue?” In a blink, her long blonde hair was replaced with a vibrant contrast. Her roots turned a cyan-y, growing into a pinkish at her ends. “Is it bad?”

Val stifled a laugh. Sydney gave her a stern look and smiled at Dani. “It’s… nice? It suits you.”

“Mmm… and Style Alteration. You’ll always find your face to sport heavy makeup! Oh that’s nice! That’ll save me like two hours a day.”

“You look like a clown!” Val could no longer stop her outburst, cackling at Dani. The worst part was she wasn’t wrong. Her face was caked in pale white with large red lips and a nose. Her cheeks were dusted pink and black diamonds outlined her eyes.

“F… Fuck you. No I don’t.” She frowned. “Syd, tell her I don’t.”

“I-I… Um… y’know…” Sydney sputtered. “We can undo it. Right?”

Jules shook her head. “I know some guys are into clown girls. Maybe.”

“You do look cute like this.” Thia shrugged. “I mean… uh… I’m sorry.”

Dani pouted and curled up in the corner of the sofa. “Just… go. The sooner we finish this, the sooner it’ll be over with.”

“Yeah, that’s how time works.” Val rolled her eyes. Still holding her skirt down with one hand, she tossed the die. “Five, nice.” That took her comfortably ahead of the pack. “And my card… Occupation Alteration. You now work at the local tattoo parlor. Hell yeah! That’s what I’m fucking talking about.” She leaned back in her seat with a grin, taking her hand off her skirt. Thia tried not to pay attention to her uncrossed legs.

Sydney took the die and rolled. “Two… yikes, almost another red.” She sighed, then took her card. “Meta Alteration: Every three rounds, gameplay will pause for twenty-four hours.”

“What? What’s that mean?”

“Um… I guess we’ll have to stop after we roll for the third time? We’ll only be able to get so much done in a day.”

“Huh? I thought we wanted to get through this fast?” Dani whined.

“I know, but it won’t take too long. Only a couple days.”

Jules shook her head. “There’s like a hundred spaces. Even if we rolled six every time, it’ll still take weeks.”

“Um… That’s six… plus a hundred.” Sydney mumbled to herself.

“Oh, right. Forgot you can’t do math anymore.” Jules sighed, taking her turn next. “One. Great. Scratch the ‘weeks’ thing, we’ll be here for months.” She drew her card and went pale. “Mental Alteration. You will find all clothing uncomfortable, the feeling growing with how much is covered. Great. I’m a fucking nudist now.” She started to itch at the sleeve of her hoodie. “Just get this over with.”

“Right, um…” While keeping one hand over her bra, Thia rolled a three, putting her right behind Val. “Physical Alteration. You grow no hair below your neck. Eek!” In an instant she felt as though an invisible plier had plucked all her hair. “Ow. That really hurt. You couldn’ta just vanished it all or somethin’?”

“Psh, that’s a good thing. Guys like smooth pussies. Not flat-chested clown freaks.” Dani pouted.

“Last chance. Make it count.” Val smirked.

“Shut up, you. I hope it bans you from wearing clothes tomorrow.” She huffed while rolling. “Three. Lemme guess, another red space? Great.”

“That unlucky meta roll is really unfair.” Sydney crossed her arms.

“Whatever. Let’s get this over with.” She drew her two. “Lifestyle Alteration. You’re now a famous influencer, have fun with your millions of followers! Oh em gee! That’s all I ever wanted!”

“See, it’s not all bad. No point in reversing it all now.” Val shrugged.

“Fuck you, I still don’t wanna be a clown.” Dani pouted. “Occupation Alteration. You now work as a clo… god dammit.” She tossed the card down.

“Well. Is that it then? Do we just stop?” Thia asked.

“Let’s see.” Val took the die and tossed it. It bounced off the table, against the fireplace and ricocheted back into her eye. “God! Fuck! Bitch, okay.” She snapped at the board. “I get it. It was just a test.” She rubbed her eyes and stood up. “Alright. I’ll be back tomorrow, but I’ve got work in the morning.”

“Hmph…” Dani pouted. “I… guess I should go too.”

Thia stood up as well but Sydney took her hand. “Hey, remember. You live here now.”

“Oh, right.” She mumbled. “I guess… you can show me around?”

“No problem. You want a snack? The kitchen’s this way.” She smiled. “Miss Belle wouldn’t mind making you whatever, she’s our maid.”

Jules stood up and started pulling off her hoodie. “And I guess I’ll go strip. Feels like my skin is on fire.” Thia blushed. “Don’t like it, don’t watch.” She quickly hurried after Sydney as Jules reached for her pants.
