Steal Hide Armor(thief)

You manage to swipe the armor when he isn't looking. It's not the best, far from it actually, but its better than nothing right? A few straps of skimpy animal hides wrap your flesh, leaving little to the imagination. You shiver a bit. How can people wear this in a climate like Skyrim?
