Stay

Everything seems to get darker. The room is silent as everyone debates internally. Two of them have experienced the infected first hand so they know how dangerous it is. As for the other two, one hates Charlie and the other hasn't said a word to or in front of them. Until she speaks up.

"W-what do you th-ink... Michael." Hina keeps her head down as she asks but you can feel her wide brown eyes on you from under her fringe. You swallow the lump of fear in your throat.

Would what I say influence them? Would that make me responsible?

"Yeah mister take charge, what's your thoughts on us leaving?" Sam asks, although it's difficult to determine if she meant a single person or all of them.

"I think..." You squeeze Bella's hand, she gives you a comforting squeeze back. "I think you guys should stay. The trek down south is long and could be dangerous. Everyone is fleeing that way which means the infection will travel that way and then if one gets on board unnoticed." You shake your head then gesture to the TV screen. "It'll be worse than the news room."

"And what about staying here? How can you be sure it'll be safe so close to the city?" Heather asks with a gentle tone. Probably just scared of encountering the infected people again, and honestly who could blame her.

"Out here we're out the way. We aren't that close to the city, so most of this should pass by us. And we're not exactly displayed on that many maps so most people will have no clue about it. We've got a small stockpile in the basement for food and water won't run out for a while so we can wait a bit before going back to Ashfield to have to find things." Bella runs her thumb over the back of your hand stopping your rambling.

"Plus the vessels are leaving in a little over twelve hours. So it'll be a tight squeeze to reach them in time." Bella backs you up.

"Well I'm staying. If I don't you'll end up doing something dumb." Sam pouts, folds her arms and rests her feet on the table.

"I'm in no rush to get back out there so I'd rather stay, if you'd be okay with it." Heather gives you a friendly wink. Your heart flutters while your dick stirs at the thoughts of what kind of pleasures that wink may entail.

Hina just gives you a timid nod but doesn't lower her head as far down.

Last one, the one I don't care for.

You already now what Charlie's going to do before he speaks. He sets a wide grin on his face. "Miss an opportunity to be roomies again. I believe you're joking." He saunters over to {h girls} and grabs her roughly from behind. "Plus I can't just leave my lovely girlfriend all alone." He gives her a wet kiss which she meekly pushes away from. Your stomach does somersaults at the sight of their display. Why him?

"Wooo." Your dad cheers out. "Full house. I guess it's time for more drinks!"

"No!" Everyone calls out at once. You almost laugh until you hear tapping against the large windows.
